A bit about me…
Over the past 15 years working as a psychologist I have valued my time working in a broad variety of settings and contexts with very diverse people. I have worked in private practice for over 14 years, as well as in university, corporate, and both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings in South Africa and the UK. I have been involved in the teaching, training and supervision of trainee psychologists and counsellors and also have extensive experience running groups, including support groups, organisational, supervision, and educational groups.
I have been fortunate to continue to learn and grow through my rich work experiences, and have seen over and over how creating safe spaces for reflection and understanding can contribute to deeper connections with self and others, and more authentic, meaningful living.
